- Focus on your entire Body, just Abs exercises wouldn’t help, It requires overall exercises, diet & lifestyle change
- Do the Abs exercise 2 to 3 times a week. Let your body settle down and reboot
- Stay Hydrated- YES! Water helps you in so many aspect, as well as in increasing metabolism, burning those extra belly fat and paving your way towards those Abs

- Requirement- Yoga Mat
- Reps – 10 Reps/3 sets
- Rest time- 10 sec to 15 sec between Exercise
- Plank – 1 minute/3 sets
