- Cashew 700 gm
- Sugar 300 gm
- Water 100gm
METHODS OF PREPARATION
- Grind cashew into a paste.
- Heat sugar with water.
- Once melted add the cashew and cook till it leaves the sides (colour can be added at this point).
Set in a tray and cut according to the size and shape you want.
