KMCY at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel is marking Halloween with a dinner built around the bold spices of Sichuan cooking. On Saturday, 31 October 2026, the restaurant is serving a menu of playfully named dishes that bring heat, a little mischief and plenty of flavour to the table.
Small plates and soup
The evening opens with the Wok of Doom and the Crispy Shiitake Graveyard. The Hellfire Hot Pepper Soup follows, a warming broth infused with Sichuan aromatics, alongside Ghost Pepper Chicken Wing Skewers from the grill and the Inferno Pickled Mushroom Cauldron, which brings a chilli-laced edge.
Mains with a fiery twist
For the main course, the Devil’s Mapo Tofu and The Haunted Sichuan Fish lean into the fragrant, numbing spice that Sichuan food is known for.
Dessert
Dinner ends on a sweeter note with the Witch’s Sichuan Ghost Cheese Cake and a Midnight Sea Salt Chocolate Caramel Tart.
