Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is marking Halloween with an evening at The Residence on Saturday, 31 October 2026. Guests are invited to come in costume for a night of live performances, a DJ set and a Halloween dinner that gives some of Kerala’s best-loved dishes a playful, spooky new name.
A Kerala table with a Halloween twist
The dinner brings together international favourites and regional cooking. Lamb Ouzi, Grilled Bombay Duck, Prawns Kandari and Chilli Calamari Rings sit alongside live counters serving freshly made pasta, nachos, quesadillas, seafood and momos.
The Kerala dishes are where the kitchen has the most fun. Look out for Haunted Kappa, Witch’s Spell Meen Biriyani, Vampire’s Blood Beetroot Thoran and a Jack-O’-Lantern Orange Fish Curry, familiar flavours dressed up for the night.
Desserts worth saving room for
The dessert table carries the theme through to the end of the evening, with handcrafted bonbons, macaroons, hazelnut éclairs and five kinds of tiramisu.

Costumes, music and prizes
DJ The Noise will play through the evening, with live performances alongside, and the best-dressed guests will take home prizes. Themed drinks and bar bites are on offer too, but with a separate price for children, the night works just as well for families as it does for groups of friends.
