Recipe name: Green apple with mix nut salad


  • Green apple: 1 (diced)
  • Ice burg lettuce: 200g
  • Celery steam chopped: 4 pinch
  • Coriander steam chop: 4 pinch
  • Olive oil: 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice: 2 tsp
  • Chopped parsley: 3 tsp
  • Salt: To taste
  • Black pepper powder: To taste
  • Raw Pumkin seeds: 0.5g
  • Dry raisin (black): 0.1g
  • Cashew nuts: 0.1g
  • Pista: 0.5g
  • Walnut: 0.5g


  • Take a large bowl and put olive oil, add lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, chopped coriander steam, chopped celery steams, mix all of them properly (for dressing)
  • Then add green apple, ice burg lettuce, cashew, pista, walnut, raisin and pumpkin seeds
  • Mix all the ingredients properly
  • Garnish with chopped parsley
  • Ready for serve
