Mango Yogurt Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp pumpkin seeds
METHOD
  • Add yogurt, lime juice and cinnamon powder in blender and blend it well
  • Add rest of the ingredients in your blender and blend for 1-2 minute or until the mixture is smooth.
  • Divide between two cups & serve immediately.
