 Started by Toral Sanghavi along with Chefs Sara Jacob Nair & Vinod G Nair, NairOnFire epitomizes elevated comfort food boasting an exotic mélange of Kerala flavors with an interesting blend of Hindu, Islamic and Nasrani cultures. With their debut collaboration in Bangalore, food enthusiasts can look forward to a culinary journey that combines the essence of traditional Kerala cuisine with NairOnFire’s signature playful twist.

Daily Delights 

Spread over 9 days, guests can indulge in a wide array of over 75 authentic Kerala dishes highlighting the rich tapestry of flavors from different regions of the state. The buffet will feature a delightful mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including quintessential classics and live stations…feast on Syrian Christian Stew, Travancore Curries, Malabari Biryani, and traditional Payasams, each day offering a new taste adventure. 

Chef Vinod G. Nair says, “The rotating menu comprises of our coveted heirloom recipes, brought to life with high-quality, seasonal ingredients and presented with the simplicity that is the hallmark of all things Kerala.” 

NairOnFire menu also draws inspiration from Kerala’s festivals and local food concepts, essaying a culinary narrative of God’s Own Country with each course. “I have seen this as a journey… through the paddy fields of Kerala, to the small towns and their diverse Thattukadas, to the urban streets where the Middle East and Kerala come together to a fusion of flavours culminating in a sweet melody of Portuguese influenced Kerala cuisine that has a unique umami of its own’, says Chef Sara Jacob Nair, Executive Chef, NairOnFire.
