Navratri recipes from Thayanithy, Sous Chef, Signature Club Resort

Ingredient :

  • Papaya ( fresh ) – 250gm
  • Cow milk (cold) – 100ml
  • Lime juice – 3 drops
  • Jaggery -30gm
  • Vanilla ice cream -2 small cubes
  • Cashewnuts (chopped) -5 gm

Method:

  • Peel the papaya cut in half, and remove the seeds
  • Cut into small cubes
  • Place the papaya cubes, milk, jaggery, lime juice, and vanilla ice cream into a blender
  • Mix properly, until the mixture turns smooth and thick
  • Pour the smoothie in a glass and garnish with chopped cashew nuts
