Navratri recipes from Thayanithy, Sous Chef, Signature Club Resort
Ingredient :
- Papaya ( fresh ) – 250gm
- Cow milk (cold) – 100ml
- Lime juice – 3 drops
- Jaggery -30gm
- Vanilla ice cream -2 small cubes
- Cashewnuts (chopped) -5 gm
Method:
- Peel the papaya cut in half, and remove the seeds
- Cut into small cubes
- Place the papaya cubes, milk, jaggery, lime juice, and vanilla ice cream into a blender
- Mix properly, until the mixture turns smooth and thick
- Pour the smoothie in a glass and garnish with chopped cashew nuts
