INGREDIENTS
- Banana Stem: 125gm chopped
- Sugar: 1/2 to 1 tsp
- Lime: ½ no
- Salt: As required
- Water: 75ml
METHODS
- Soak the banana stem in 1 cup of water and leave it for an hour to make it soft.
- With the help of blender, grind he soaked banana stem for its juice.
- Separate the fibres using the mesh sieve and add lime juice, sugar and a pinch of salt to the juice.
- Stir well and serve chilled. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.
