Granola and Fruit Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 apple medium (Peeled & Diced)
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp. flaxseed powder
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup ice
METHOD
- Crush granola coarsely in the blender
- Add Greek yogurt, soy milk, and honey to blend it well
- Add rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
- Voila! Granola smoothie is ready
