Soulinaire Alibaug is marking Diwali with a festive set menu that travels across India, from Punjab and Delhi to the Konkan coast on its doorstep. There are separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus, each running from a welcome drink to a plate of mithai.

The vegetarian menu

It opens with kesar badam thandai and a kokum cooler, followed by achari paneer tikka, dahi ke kebab and a playful cocktail idli chaat. Mains are paneer lababdar, a Malvani vegetable curry and dal makhni, served with Indian breads.

The non-vegetarian menu

This one also starts with kesar badam thandai, alongside a coconut and kaffir lime cooler. Starters include Amritsari macchi, salt and pepper prawns and murgh angara bites, and the mains bring a local touch with Alibaug fish curry, alongside Dilli 6 butter chicken and dal makhni.

Both menus end on a festive note with kaju katli and kesar phirni.
