Recipe from Thayanithy, Sous Chef Signature Club Resort
Ingredients
- Boiled Broccoli (florets cutting)- 60gm
- Steamed sweet potato (without skin diced)- 60gm
- Boiled carrot (small diced)- 30gm
- Olive oil – 15ml
- Chopped ginger -1/2 tsp
- Chopped garlic – ½ tsp
- Onion (diced cutting): .20gm
- Bell pepper (diced cutting) – 15gm
- Almond flakes -10gm
- Sesame seeds- 1/4 tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce -1 tsp
- Chilli flakes – 2 pinch
- Raisin -2gm
- Salt – to taste
- Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a large fry panand add chopped ginger & garlic, saute slowly then add onion and bell pepper. and fry them for 3-4 minutes
- Put medium flame, then add soya& tomato sauce, mix it well
- Now add boiled broccoli, steamed sweet potato, boiled carrot and raisin. Mix well with seasoning salt, sugar, and chilli flakes and mix gently
- Lastly, garnish with almond flakes and sesame seed
