Navratri recipes from Thayanithy, Sous Chef, Signature Club Resort
Ingredient :
- Boiled sweet potato cubes ( without skin) – 100gm
- Chopped tomato – 2 teaspoon
- Chopped green chilly -1 teaspoon
- Whisked yogurt -3 teaspoon
- Tamarind chutney – 1 teaspoon
- Mint chutney -3 teaspoon
- Chopped mint -2 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves-2 teaspoon
- Lime juice – 3drops
- Chat masala – 2 pinch
- Black salt -1 pinch
- Chilly powder -1 pinch
- Salt -1 pinch (optional)
- Fried peanut( without skin) -2 teaspoon
- Sev -3 teaspoon ( for garnish)
Method:
- Take a small bowl for chat mixing add potato, tomato, green chilli, yogurt, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, chopped mint, chopped coriander leaves, chat masala, black salt, chilli powder, salt (optional) and fried peanut
- Mix well, add lemon juice transfer it into chat bowl and garnish with sev and chopped mint leaves
