Mango Yogurt Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 mango peeled and diced
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1tbsp pumpkin seeds
METHOD
- Add yogurt, lime juice and cinnamon powder in blender and blend it well
- Add rest of the ingredients in your blender and blend for 1-2 minute or until the mixture is smooth.
- Divide between two cups & serve immediately.
