A Halloween menu with a sense of humour
The evening opens with Bloody Mary Gazpacho and Devilled Eggs before moving on to Charcoal Bao with Korean BBQ Chicken, a Halloween taco station, Black Garlic and Parmesan Pizza, a Pumpkin and Goat Cheese Tart and Charcoal Arancini. A live grill and carving station anchors the spread, with Smoked Chicken “Mummy” Pie and Pumpkin Ravioli carrying the theme through the mains.

The dessert counter is where the kitchen has the most fun: Graveyard Brownies, Black Velvet Cake, Eyeball Macarons, a Poison Apple Tart and Pumpkin Cheesecake.
