As December ushers in its cool breeze and comforting warmth, Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal embraces the season with a soul-stirring culinary celebration—the UP Purvanchal Food Festival. From 11th December to 20th December, The Hebbal Cafe transforms into a vibrant winter haven where age-old recipes, festive aromas and rustic traditions come together to recreate the charm of Purvanchal in its most authentic form.
At the centre of this celebration is an exquisite curation of regional delicacies crafted by Guest Chef Rizwan Quraishi, in collaboration with Executive Chef Rajeev and his talented culinary team. Guests are invited to explore the diverse flavours of Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Ballia and the surrounding Purvanchal belt, each dish telling a story of its land.
The menu features an array of beloved classics: tamatar chaat, malaiyyo, choora matar, kachori-sabzi, litti-chokha, thekua, gathiya, imarti, signature Purvanchali kababs, makhana-based specialties and more. Traditional beverages such as thandai, bel sharbat and sattu add a refreshing touch, perfectly rounding out the experience.
