A record-breaking 600,000 readers and more from across the globe submitted ratings and comments, selecting their favourite travel destinations and brands. Questionnaires were posted on CNTraveler.com, with readers voting for the best that the travel world has to offer – from hotels and spas to airlines and cruise lines, rating their choices according to criteria such as service and design. Results are then collated and analyzed.
