Anise, the all-day restaurant at Taj Coromandel, Chennai, is celebrating Halloween with Spooky Nights at Anise on Saturday, 31 October 2026. The evening brings a specially created Halloween menu, imaginative presentation and a few theatrical surprises to the table.
On the menu
Dinner begins with Witch’s Pumpkin Velouté, Dracula’s Beetroot Carpaccio, Charcoal Cemetery Seekh Kebabs and Ghost Pepper Tandoori Prawns. The mains include Devil’s Butter Chicken, Black Forest Lamb Ragout, Phantom Mushroom Risotto, Kali Mirch Haunted Fish and Midnight Rogan Josh.
Desserts close the evening on a sweet note, with a Graveyard Chocolate Entremet, Bloody Red Velvet Gateau and Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake, and themed drinks such as Black Magic Lemonade and a Blood Orange Elixir add to the fun.
