Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, the 529-key dual-branded hotel complex on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road, has strengthened its leadership team with four appointments across operations, sales, people and finance.
The new leadership team
Ramandeep Singh, Hotel Manager, has more than two decades of experience with luxury and upscale brands, including The Oberoi Group, JW Marriott New Delhi, Andaz New Delhi, DLF Luxury Hotels and Conrad Pune, as well as international experience in London. He will lead day-to-day operations across both hotels. “For me, true hospitality is rooted in the fine details, where flawless execution meets genuine warmth,” he said.
Aparna Ajith, Commercial Director, brings more than 12 years in sales, marketing and revenue strategy with brands including Marriott and IHCL. She will lead commercial strategy, corporate partnerships and the hotels’ meetings and events business.
Srinivasa Rao, Cluster Director HR, has more than 22 years of hospitality HR experience, much of it with Accor Hotels India. His role now extends across the TechVillage hotels, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks.
Sheetal Aggarwal, Cluster Director of Finance, is a chartered accountant with more than 24 years of experience. She has held senior finance roles with Amazon, Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, IHG, SUJÁN Luxury Hospitality, The Oberoi Group and ICICI Bank, and now also oversees finance for the same three Hilton properties.
“Their collective experience across hospitality operations, commercial strategy, finance and people leadership will play an important role as we continue to strengthen the property’s offering,” said Abhiram Menon, Cluster General Manager, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage.
About the hotels
The complex was the first new premium hotel development on the Outer Ring Road in a decade. It has about 37,000 sq ft of banquet space, four restaurants and bars, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a yoga deck, a gym and a spa, and is close to many of the city’s major technology parks. Hilton also runs Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park in the north of the city.
