the Curry Fest menu edition by Flavours. A celebration of India’s
historical and flavoured cuisine, this menu showcases a caringly selected,
repertoire of timeless curries researched and recreated by our master
chefs, while staying true to regional and local influences.
As traditional curry flavours take centre stage, these menu signatures are
mindfully-prepared by our chefs with utmost care and hygiene. The menu
features an array of curries encapsulating the true essence of India, from
Kai Kurma, Nimona Kofta, Vendakai More Kuzhambu, Jhinga Salan, Mangalorean
Fish Curry, Murgh Qorma, Gongura Mamsam, Gosht Nihari and many more.
Choose from Lachha Parantha, Butter Naan, Veechu Parotta or steamed rice to
accompany with your choice of curry. With our compliments, all orders will
be served with Gulab Jamun.
