Recipes from Chef Thayanithy, Executive Chef at Signature Club Resort
Ingredients:
- Ragi Rava – 125gm
- Water – 50ml
- Milk – 250ml
- Sugar – 125gm
- Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Method:
- Cook ragi rava in water until it turns soft and then keep it aside.
- Boil the milk with the sugar. Once boiled add the ragi rava mix.
- Cook them together, until it forms a creamy texture.
- Finish the ragi kheer with cardamom powder and serve chilled.
