Celebrating authentic, traditional Italian cuisine, both the chefs will create a unique culinary journey for 10 days at Bene. A la carte options will feature delicacies like Carpaccio Di Bababietola; Tacchino Tonnato; Zuppa Di Patate E Finferli; Maltagliati Verdi Alla Faraona; Risotto Alla Milanese E Tartufo; Torta Paesana and lots more prepared by master chefs Roberto Apa and Chef Roberto Zorzoli showcasing the culinary brilliance across Italy. Come and be a part of a journey inclining to the vital ingredients.
For those who directly want to learn from the masters, enroll yourself for a workshop conducted by Chef Zorzoli and Chef Apa at Bene on 21st and 22nd, 28th and 29th September from 12 noon to 3 PM followed by community lunch.
