The Courtyard by Marriott ORR is thrilled to announce its Pan-Asian Food Festival at MoMo Cafe, which promises a gastronomical treat for all food lovers. The ten days long event will be hosted by renowned celebrity Chef Kuan Lai, who will be flying in all the way from South Africa to present his expertise in Asian cuisine with Executive Chef Sajid at the property.
“An Asian Inspiration” will feature a wide array of dishes from different regions, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and more. Guests will be treated to an unforgettable culinary experience, with dishes ranging from street food favorites to exquisite oriental delights such as Aromatic Crispy Duck Mandarin Pancakes, Roasted Sesame Chicken, Spiced Salt and Plum Sauce, Malaysian Gado Gado – Vegetable Salad, Yum Woo Sen – Thai Seafood and Glass Noodle, Malaysian Curry Laksa, Bakuteh, Red Snapper with Three Flavours Sauce & Holy Basil, Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice, Nasi Lemak Nyonya, Steamed Lotus Leaf sticky Rice, Roasted Coconut Rice Cakes Wrapped in bamboo. End your meal with some desserts like the Gula Melaka -Sago Pudding Mango Sticky Rice, and superfood like Empress Jasmine Tea, Black Sesame Red Date Ice Cream, sugar free desserts like Eight Treasure Coconut Jelly, Almond Milk Curd Ginko Nut and Steamed Goat Milk To Fu in Papaya.
Chef Kuan has years of experience in the restaurant and TV industry, having worked in some of the most renowned restaurants around the world and been part of various TV cooking shows. With his passion and knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine, he is all set to bring an exotic blend of flavors and ingredients to the table.
