Bangalore, February 2022: Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park, a Marriott International Hotel at Outer Ring Road has named Haramohan Bora as the new Food and Beverage Manager of the property. Haramohan will be responsible in carrying out overall culinary operations, which includes operational and managerial aspects of the hotel’s F&B endeavors. He comes with an exemplary knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry especially food and beverage, which will enable him to establish a formidable brand presence in the market.
Haramohan has an overall experience of over 12 years that includes managing restaurants, banquet operations and events planning. His excellent managerial and leadership skills in the aforementioned domains have proved to be an asset at his previous assignments. He has been part of renowned 5-star properties throughout his career, which made him a highly result driven individual with seamless track record.
Before joining Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park, Haramohan was working at The Renaissance, Bengaluru as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. He began his career in 2008 as a Management Trainee and then moved on to Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway where he was part of the preopening of the award winning Italian restaurant Bene and Durbar Bar as the team leader from 2012 to 2013. He later joined ‘Alto Vino’ Italian Restaurant Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield as the Restaurant Executive. From 2015 to 2017 he then joined The Shangri – La Hotel Bengaluru as Outlet Manager and got an exposure in the opening of the bar, Hype.
Haramohan graduated with a Degree in Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from North East Institute of Management Science. He has completed his Executive Development Programme from The Marriott Bengaluru, Whitefield and also has been recognised for organizing various team events for the Hotel.
