Courtyard By Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal appoints Rafi Ansari as Food & Beverage Manager

Bengaluru, 24th August 2021: Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, one of the city’s favourite 5-star destinations is pleased to announce the appointment of Rafi Ansari as the Food and Beverage Manager. Rafi comes with a formidable experience of over 14 years in the hospitality industry that has seen him convert strategic visions into measurable results. A highly motivated individual, he believes in imparting knowledge to the fellow team members to ensure  they perform to their full potential at the highest level.

Rafi’s passion for service and building new relationships is what drew him to this industry. He began his career in the year 2006 with JW Juhu as an F&B associate and there was no looking back after that. He kept climbing the ladder by building his overall skill set that took him to various established properties that further contributed to his growth. Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, he performed his duties at Fairfield by Marriott, Lucknow as the Food and Beverage Manager.

Rafi has handled large operations with a keen understanding of Food and Beverage, marketing strategy development and communications over the last few years. As the Food & Beverage Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, he will be responsible for heading and managing the Food and Beverage operations. And at the sametime, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. He will closely work with the sales and marketing team to enhance brand visibility for the hotel’s food and beverage department and drive revenue.

Hailing from the City of dreams, Mumbai Rafi is an alumni of St. Andrews IHM, Mumbai. When not at work, a sport enthusiast that he is, you will see him try his hand at badminton, cricket, football and carom. He also enjoys watching movies and listening to music when in leisure.
