Kshemavana Naturopathy and Yoga Center, a sanctuary of holistic wellness located near Nelamangala, Bengaluru, is set to present The Hepatic Haven, a four-day wellness retreat designed to support liver health through naturopathic nutrition, therapeutic practices, and restorative wellbeing activities from 30th October 2026 to 2nd November 2026.
Led by Dr. Vandana A. Nikkam, the retreat will focus on helping participants understand the role of liver health in overall wellbeing and explore lifestyle practices that support the body’s natural processes.
Designed as a structured four-day experience, The Hepatic Haven brings together therapeutic nutrition, naturopathic therapies, restorative body practices, and guided wellness sessions. The programme aims to help participants develop a better understanding of the connection between liver health, digestive function, metabolism, and everyday lifestyle habits.
The retreat will explore how nutrition, physical activity, relaxation, and sustainable daily routines can contribute to overall wellbeing. Participants will experience a range of guided sessions and therapeutic practices, including therapeutic nutrition, yoga, mud baths, hydrotherapy, restorative body treatments, and meditation.
The programme also incorporates practical approaches to mindful eating, stress management, and relaxation. Through expert guidance and structured wellness activities, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their existing habits and explore ways to incorporate healthier routines into their everyday lives.
Over the four days, the retreat will combine naturopathic therapies with yoga, meditation, and other restorative practices in a setting designed to encourage participants to slow down and focus on their wellbeing. The experience aims to provide an opportunity to understand the importance of sustainable lifestyle choices while prioritising rest and self-care.
The Hepatic Haven reflects Kshemavana’s holistic approach to wellness, bringing together nutrition, therapeutic practices, movement, and relaxation to support overall health. The retreat is intended for individuals looking to take a more mindful approach to their wellbeing and understand the role of lifestyle practices in maintaining long-term health.
