Recipes from Chef Thayanithy, Executive Chef at Signature Club Resort

Ingredients:

  • Ragi Rava – 125gm
  • Water – 50ml
  • Milk – 250ml
  • Sugar – 125gm
  • Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp

Method:

  1. Cook ragi rava in water until it turns soft and then keep it aside.
  2. Boil the milk with the sugar. Once boiled add the ragi rava mix.
  3. Cook them together, until it forms a creamy texture.
  4. Finish the ragi kheer with cardamom powder and serve chilled.
