Chicken Korma (Mughlai Style)
Ingredients:
Curry-Cut Chicken: 1kg
Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp
Onion Sliced: 4 no.
Ginger Paste: 2 Tbsp
Curd: 3 Tbsp
Coriander Powder: 2 Tbsp
Mace: 1 Strand
Cardamom: 4 no.
Cinnamon Stick: 1 no.
Cloves: 4 no.
Shah Jeera: 1/2 Tbsp
Bay Leaves: 3 no.
Pinch of Sugar
Salt to taste
Rose water
Cashew Paste: 10 no.
Garam Masala: ½ Tbsp
Ghee: 3 Tbsp

Method:
Pour Ghee in a pan and add the whole spices. Now, add the onions and fry until the colour turns golden brown. Next, add the Chicken pieces and other spices and stir fry for five minutes. Then add Curd and mix properly and let it cook.
When it is almost done add the Cashew Paste, Rose Water, Sugar and Garam Masala. Allow it to cook for two minutes and switch off the flame.
