With weekend around the corner, wouldn’t it be a fantastic idea to take those spatulas out and serve up a batch of delicious Kerala Style Prawns Fry. It is super easy to make and is definitely a party pleaser. The dish can be served as an appetizer as well as the main course. You can put together this no-fuss, five-star recipe with very simple ingredients which you will find in your kitchen.

Method:
The prawns are cleaned, peeled and then marinated with Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Ginger-Garlic Paste and Salt.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat Coconut Oil and then add the Marinated Prawns.
Once the Prawns are half-done, add whole crushed Garlic cloves, Shallots, Curry Leaves, and slit Green Chillies. Fry till it is crispy and serve hot.
