Guests will begin by receiving a glass of Graham Beck Brut – the Méthode Cap Classique used to toast Nelson Mandela during his inauguration in 1994. (Barack Obama also celebrated his Presidential win with Graham Beck Brut NV in 2008). A curated three-course dinner will then be paired with Marianne Floreal, which was served at Nelson Mandela’s 90th Birthday; Rust en Vrede Shiraz – selected by Mandela for his 1993 Nobel Peace Prize dinner in Oslo; and the evening will end by enjoying Graham Beck Demi Sec.

The pastry team, led by Head Pastry Chef Kyle Hickman, will take guests on a hands-on experience to learn the secrets of making both of these “sisters”, and receive the Chef’s tried and tested personal recipes in a take-home pack, that also includes a One&Only Cape Town apron.
